Resolve minor issues and get the ATM back into service without having to dispatch a technician
Push marketing content down to the ATM, overlaying the screens coming from the network
Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows OS patches and hotfixes
Deploy ATM application patches and updates released by the OEMs
Remotely retrieve ATM EJ logs
Bbtain an inventory of hardware and software installed on the ATM
